Our design not only blocks endogenous TME molecule signaling, but also converts TME negative signaling into positive signaling. This promotes CAR-T cell expansion and persistence in tumor tissue. In preclinical studies, SMART CARTTM has demonstrated unique advantages, including enhanced proliferation, persistence and tumor killing ability.
